Design
Structural and graphic design with 3D proofs — we shape the tin and the artwork together, before a single sheet is cut.
Tooling
We cut our own dies in-house, so a brand-new shape is ours to make — no outside vendor, no waiting in someone else’s queue.
Offset printing
Full-colour offset litho, Pantone-matched, with metallic and pearlescent inks for artwork that stays sharp and vivid for years.
Embossing
Raised and recessed relief that gives a lid or body a tactile, premium feel buyers notice the moment they pick it up.
Production
Up to 120,000 food-safe tins a day, formed and assembled on our own lines under constant, hands-on quality control.
