Round Card Tin — Ø83 × 35 mm

Cards and tin can arrive as one finished product, and the dieline is where that starts. The cutting size for this body is Ø77 mm, a circular card that drops into a Ø83 × 35 mm tin with clearance for a thumb to lift the pile out. Round decks are a small, confident niche, and the body doubles as a token or chip tin. Round cards have no corners, so the 3.5 mm radius on the dieline applies to any rectangular rules card travelling with them; bleed is 2 mm and the safe area sits 4 mm inside the trim. Depth takes approximately 100 cards at 0.32 mm — approximate, and confirmed against the card material chosen. The body is deep-drawn: one piece of tinplate, no side seam, so litho artwork runs unbroken around the wall and the edge feels cleaner in the hand. Fitted lid as standard. It runs on existing tooling, which is why artwork reaches finished tins in 4–6 weeks rather than a season. Minimum 5,000 pieces.
