Who is responsible

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, country, the product/quantity details of your enquiry, and your message. We do not ask for special-category data and request that you do not include any in free-text fields.

When you browse, and only after you accept cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) through Google Analytics to understand and improve the site.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes and samples; to operate and improve the website; and to keep records of business communications. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

Cookies

Essential cookies make the site work and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can decline, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time to be asked again.

Sharing & storage

Your data is stored on our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) and, where you enquire, processed by our email provider to deliver notifications. We do not sell your personal data. Providers may process data outside Türkiye under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK/GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email cem@masas.com.tr and we will respond within the legal timeframe.
