Tray

A 250 × 160 mm printed tinplate serving tray on its own pressing — the retail-bundle workhorse: dropped into gift hampers as the base that becomes a keepsake, sold as merch alongside coffee and tea ranges, or printed as limited-edition artwork for seasonal campaigns. An open piece with rolled edges, no lid. The whole surface is one uninterrupted offset canvas on lacquered tinplate — illustrated scenes, heritage advertising style, bold contemporary graphics — with embossing and matte or gloss varnish. A tray earns years of daily visibility in the customer's kitchen; few promotional items age that well. Masaş presses the format in-house in İstanbul under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. Wholesale runs start at 5,000 pieces with free samples worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity for the Serving Tray — 250 × 160 mm?

Wholesale runs start at 5,000 pieces; depending on tin size, minimums range from 5,000 to 25,000 pieces. We confirm the exact MOQ with your quote.

How long does production take?

Unprinted tins from a mould we already hold, digitally printed on ready colours, ship in about 1–2 weeks. A custom-printed run on existing tooling takes about 4–6 weeks after artwork approval. A brand-new shape takes about 8 weeks to tool, then the same 4–6 weeks to print and produce — so roughly 12–14 weeks in total. Your timeline is confirmed at quotation.

Can the Serving Tray — 250 × 160 mm be printed with my own design?

Yes — artwork is offset-printed directly onto the tinplate in Pantone or CMYK, with matte, gloss or soft-touch varnish and embossing available.
