Beeswax Candles in Tins

Pure beeswax poured into your own printed tin — a candle that already has a scent of its own.

Beeswax is the oldest candle wax there is, and still the one that needs the least explaining. It carries its own warm honey note, it burns slowly, and it looks golden in the tin before the wick is ever lit. It comes to you pure — 100% beeswax, nothing blended in — poured into a tin we print with your artwork in our own factory in İstanbul.

This page is for brands that want a beeswax candle specifically: honey producers extending their range, natural-product shops, and gift buyers who want a candle that does not need a fragrance to be worth giving. For the full range of tins, waxes and documents, see the private-label candles page.

What 100% beeswax means

Beeswax is the wax bees make to build their comb. It is collected when the honey is harvested, melted, filtered and poured — and in our beeswax line nothing else goes into the tin. That lets your label say 100% beeswax without a qualifier, which is the phrase buyers of beeswax candles look for first.

Beeswax Candles in Tins — What 100% beeswax means

A candle that already smells of something

A beeswax candle has a soft honey note of its own, which is why most beeswax lines are sold unscented and why we recommend it that way. Beeswax takes fragrance less readily than soy or paraffin, so a scented beeswax candle is subtler than the same fragrance in another wax. If you want a light fragrance on top of the honey, we pour a sample so you can judge it before the run.

How it burns

Beeswax is a harder wax with a higher melting point than soy, so the candle burns more slowly and the melt pool stays shallower. The wick is chosen for the diameter of the tin you pick, and confirmed on the sample before production.

Colour from the hive

Unbleached beeswax has a natural golden colour that varies slightly from batch to batch. We treat that as part of the product rather than a fault to be corrected, and it is worth telling your customers the same.

Made for honey brands

A honey brand already sells to people who care where a product comes from, and a beeswax candle is the most natural extension of that shelf. Because we also make honey tins, the candle can be printed to match the tin your honey is already sold in — one design language across the range, from one factory.

Tins that suit beeswax

Beeswax suits a compact, well-proportioned tin: the Ø73 × 27 mm tin at 110 ml, the Ø83 × 35 mm tin at 190 ml and, for a table candle, the Ø99 × 60 mm tin at 460 ml. All nine formats are available in beeswax; the full list, with capacities, is on the private-label candles page.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really 100% beeswax?

Yes. The beeswax line is poured from beeswax alone, with no soy, paraffin or other wax blended in, so the label can say 100% beeswax.

Can you add a fragrance?

Yes, lightly. Beeswax holds fragrance less readily than soy or paraffin and has its own honey note, so most brands sell it unscented. If you want a fragrance, we pour a sample first so you can judge the result.

Why does the colour vary between batches?

Unbleached beeswax takes its colour from the hive, so it varies slightly from one batch to the next. That natural variation is normal for beeswax candles.

Can the candle tin match our honey tin?

Yes. We print both, so the candle tin can carry the same design as your honey tin, adjusted to its size.

What is the minimum order?

1,000 candles on a stock tin with your printed lid, or 5,000 with the tin fully printed.
