The artwork is exclusive to you; the mould that forms the shape is built and kept at our own factory.
Masaş has manufactured decorative tinplate packaging in İstanbul since 1979 and exports to more than 50 countries. Design, tooling, offset printing, forming and food-safe lacquering are all done in our own plant. Round, square, rectangular, oval, heart and fully bespoke shapes — from tiny Ø41 mm tins to large sharing and gift formats, with slip-on, hinged, window, crystal or domed lids. If you can sketch it, we can tool it: we build our own dies in-house, so a brand-new shape for a seasonal range or a signature product is always on the table.
Printed to your exact brand
Every tin is offset-printed to your artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then finished to feel premium — matte, gloss or soft-touch varnish, spot-UV, embossing and debossing, and metallic or pearlescent inks. The result is a custom printed tin that looks and feels like your brand, not a generic tin with a label stuck on it.
Food-safe by design
We line the interior with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so tins are safe for direct contact with chocolate, tea, coffee, biscuits, confectionery and more. The same tins are perfect for cosmetics, candles, gifts, promotional items and industrial parts — food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the applicable regulations.

Design, tooling, offset printing and metal forming all happen in our own factory, which keeps quality tight and lead times reliable. Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design (larger tins at the lower end, smaller tins higher), and we ship wholesale orders to brands, converters and distributors in 50+ countries.

What is the minimum order for custom tin boxes?
Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller tins higher. A mould we already hold removes the tooling charge and around eight weeks of lead time, but it does not lower the print minimum; only plain, unprinted tins are sold in smaller quantities.
Can you make a completely custom shape?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so bespoke shapes, embossed lids and special formats are all possible. New-tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
Are the tins food-safe?
Yes. We line the interior with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so it never touches bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the applicable regulations.
Can you print my exact brand colours?
