Do you really send free samples?
Yes, with one honest caveat. Where we already hold the tooling we send a real tin at no charge — you cover the courier. It is a tin we have produced, not a sample made to your artwork, so you are judging the metal, the print quality and the way the lid closes, not your own design.
What is the minimum order?
Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our in-house team takes your logo or idea and turns it into a print-ready tin, with a proof for your approval.
Can you make a completely custom shape?
Yes — we build our own tooling, so bespoke shapes, embossing and special finishes are all possible.
