Custom Coffee Tins
Reusable tins in espresso and cream that shield coffee from light — the barrier is a sealed inner pouch.
Coffee is at its best the moment it is roasted — and a tin is what carries it to the shelf intact. A rigid tin with a close-fitting lid blocks light completely and takes the crushing a paper bag passes straight through, while putting a specialty roaster’s branding front and centre on the shelf. A decorative tin is not airtight, so where the roast needs an oxygen barrier it is packed in a sealed inner bag inside the tin. We make these tins in-house: food-safe lined, offset-printed to your artwork, and reusable long after the last scoop. From a single gift tin to wholesale production, we make your custom coffee tins to order: bespoke shapes, offset-printed food-safe tinplate, since 1979.

Frequently asked questions
Do the tins keep coffee fresh?
A rigid tin with a fitted lid blocks light and slows air and moisture exposure far better than a paper bag, helping protect aroma. For maximum freshness many brands pair the tin with an inner valve bag; we can advise on the best setup for your coffee.
Are they food-safe for direct contact with beans or grounds?
Yes. We line the interior with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so coffee never touches bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the product and the applicable regulations.
Can you print our roaster branding and origin details?
Yes — we offset-print your full artwork with Pantone-matched colours, plus matte, gloss, soft-touch, embossing or metallic-ink finishes, so origin, roast and brand details all sit cleanly on the tin.
What is the minimum order?
Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a custom canister shape or size?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so a bespoke canister height, diameter or shape for your bean volume is possible. Lead times for new tooling are confirmed with your quote.
