Shapes we already tool, without the tooling wait

Printed tins are made to order rather than held finished in a warehouse, so nothing ships off a shelf; what an existing mould removes is the tooling charge and around eight weeks of lead time, leaving four to six weeks of production. The print minimum is unchanged — only plain, unprinted tins are sold in genuinely small quantities, which is what suits smaller fillers, seasonal top-ups, or a first order before committing to a bespoke tool.
Custom empty tins at wholesale volume
Buyers who want a distinctive shape or a specific lid mechanism are not limited to the shapes we already tool. Custom empty tins — round, square, rectangular, oval, heart or bespoke, with slip-on, inner-plug, hinged, screw, window, crystal or domed lids, or as open trays with no lid at all — can be produced empty and supplied wholesale under the same 5,000 to 25,000 pieces per design custom-run structure Masaş uses for branded orders. The screw lid is the one exception on shape: a thread has to be formed on a circular rim, so it is available on round bodies only.
Clean, food-safe interiors as standard
An empty tin destined for chocolate, tea, coffee or confectionery needs an interior that will not affect the product it eventually holds. Masaş applies food-grade lacquer for direct food contact as standard on relevant interiors, with food-contact suitability confirmed per project against the applicable regulations, so fillers can pack directly without a separate food-contact liner. That is a contact question rather than a barrier one: a decorative tin is not airtight, so chocolate, coffee and tea that need protection from moisture and oxygen are packed in a sealed inner pouch or liner inside the tin.
Print now, print later, or leave it plain
Empty does not have to mean blank. Wholesale buyers can order tins fully pre-printed with a fixed design if the product line is settled, or order plain/lightly branded exteriors and add labels or sleeves themselves for flexibility across multiple SKUs. Offset printing, varnish finishes and metallic inks remain available at wholesale volume for buyers who want the decoration done at the factory.
