Custom Baklava & Pastry Tins
Golden, syrup-bright tins built to carry baklava and pastry as a gift worth keeping.
Baklava is a gift as much as a dessert — and it travels. A rigid, beautifully printed tin protects delicate, syrup-rich pastry from crushing on the journey from counter to suitcase to another country, and turns a box of baklava into a keepsake the recipient holds onto. We make these tins in-house: food-safe lined, fully printed to your artwork, in the shapes a pastry brand needs. Masaş is a decorative tin manufacturer — your baklava tin boxes, custom-printed on food-grade tinplate in any shape, at wholesale quantities.

Frequently asked questions
Will the tin protect delicate baklava in transit?
Yes — rigid tinplate resists crushing far better than carton, and a fitted lid keeps the pastry secure, which is why tins are a favourite for baklava carried abroad as a gift. For long, warm journeys we advise on the best format and liner.
Are the tins food-safe for direct pastry contact?
Yes. The interior is lined with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so baklava never touches bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the applicable regulations.
Can you print a festive or premium gift design?
Yes — we offset-print your artwork with Pantone-matched colours and add gold and silver metallic inks, embossing, soft-touch and spot-UV finishes for a gift-worthy, festive look.
What is the minimum order?
Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger trays at the lower end. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a tray-style or custom shape for baklava?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so shallow tray formats, custom dimensions and special shapes for a seasonal range are all possible.
