Design support
Show us your idea. Get it drawn on a real tin in 72 hours.
Send whatever you have — a logo, a rough sketch, photographs of tins you liked. Within 72 hours at the most, three things come back:
- A print-ready dieline — the dimensioned cutting drawing for the exact mould, not a sketch
- A render on the real tin — your artwork on the mould you picked, before anyone commits
- A note on what will not work — the gradient that will band, the reverse-out that will fill in
Free, with no obligation to order. Two rounds of revisions are included, and the artwork stays yours — we do not reuse it and we do not sell it on.
Drawn on our own moulds

Seven shapes, 141 moulds between them — all existing tooling, so there is no tooling wait and nothing to settle before you have seen a design. What exactly comes back →
Three things land in your inbox, within 72 hours
Design support is not a mockup service. It is our own studio drawing your tin the way it will actually be made — and telling you where your idea and the metal disagree.
A print-ready dieline
Not a sketch. The flat cutting drawing for the exact mould in your brief — dimensioned, to scale, with the bleed and the safe area marked. Your designer can work straight on it, and it is the same drawing our press works from.
A render on the real tin
Your artwork on the mould you chose, so you can see where it lands on a curved wall, how much of it survives the curl, and what it looks like beside the other things on the shelf — before anyone commits to anything.
A note on what will not work
The part an agency cannot give you. A gradient that will band on metal, a fine reverse-out that will fill in, a rule sitting too close to the curl, a colour that shifts over tinplate. Better to hear it in the first 72 hours than after the plates are made.
Free, with no obligation to order. Two rounds of revisions are included. The artwork is yours — we do not reuse it and we do not sell it on.
How the 72 hours works
You send the brief
Five minutes. Only your email is required — if something important is missing, a designer asks before the clock starts.
A designer picks it up
A real person in our own studio in İstanbul, working against our own moulds, presses and lacquers. Not a queue and not an outsourced desk.
Within 72 hours
The dieline, the render and the note land in your inbox — free, whether or not you go on to order.
Two rounds, then a quote
Two revisions are included before you order anything. When the design is right, the quote follows from it.
72 hours is the outside limit we hold ourselves to, counted from a complete brief, on business days (Mon–Fri, GMT+3).
Every tin we draw on is a mould we already own
These are the seven families, photographed as bare tinplate rather than as somebody else’s finished job. The size under each one is the tin in the picture; the number beside it is how many moulds we hold in that shape, in other sizes.

Is it really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation to order. We do it because a buyer who has seen a proper dieline asks better questions, and because it is the fastest way to show what we can actually make.
What if I have no artwork at all?
Then say so in the brief. Our studio designs the tin from what you tell us about the product. A paragraph about what goes inside and a photograph of a tin you liked is enough to start.
Who owns the design?
You do. We do not reuse your artwork on anyone else’s tin and we do not sell it on. The shape is a mould we own and it is not exclusive; the artwork on it is yours alone.
What if none of your moulds is the right size?
Say what you need. We hold 140 moulds and the seven shown here are one size out of each family, so the odds are good. If nothing fits, new tooling is roughly eight weeks before production — we will tell you that plainly rather than pretend.
Do I have to order a container?
No. Minimum order is 5,000 per design and size. That is per design, so four designs at 5,000 each is a 20,000-piece order.
Can you print my design on a tin you did not make?
No — we print on the metal before it is formed, in our own factory, so the tin and the print are one job. It is also why the dieline you get is the drawing our press works from.
Drawn by the people who will make it
A design agency can hand you a beautiful tin that cannot be drawn from a single sheet of tinplate. The people who draw your tin work for the factory that will make it, against our own moulds, our own inks and our own lacquers — so the dieline you get is the one that goes on the press.
It also means we tell you what will not work, early, in writing. That is usually the most valuable thing in the email, and it is the reason this is worth doing before you choose a supplier rather than after.
“Every brief that comes through this page lands on my desk, and I pass it to the studio the same day. If something is missing I will write to you before the clock starts — I would rather ask one question than send you a design built on a guess.”
Since 1979, in İstanbul
One factory, one roof: printing, forming, assembly. Exporting to more than 50 countries.
Existing moulds only
We design against tooling we already own, so there is no tooling wait and no tooling cost to settle before you have seen a design. Artwork to finished tins is four to six weeks.
Offset-printed on the metal
Printed directly onto the tinplate in our own factory in İstanbul — not a label, not a wrap. Which is exactly why the dieline has to be right.
