Custom Cosmetic & Balm Tins
Small, elegant tins for balms and beauty — blush, rose-gold and pearl.
Balms, salves and solid cosmetics deserve packaging as considered as the formula inside. Our seamless deep-drawn tins and lidded pans present a clean, premium surface, seal reliably against leaks and light, and take full-colour print for a shelf-ready cosmetic brand. Tooled, printed and formed in-house in the diameter and depth your fill needs. From a single gift tin to wholesale production, we make your custom cosmetic tins to order: bespoke shapes, offset-printed tinplate, since 1979.

Frequently asked questions
Is the interior safe for skin-contact products?
Yes. We line the tin with a lacquer suited to cosmetic and balm formulas so the product stays clean, and confirm suitability per project against your formulation.
Can you match our brand colours and finish?
Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit a premium cosmetic brand.
What is the minimum order for a custom tin?
Custom-printed cosmetic tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller ones higher. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a custom shape or size?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so a bespoke shape, embossed lid or special format for your balm or pan is all possible. New-tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
Do the lids seal against leaks?
Screw, press-fit and slip lids are available; we recommend the right closure for your fill so balms and salves stay sealed in a bag.
