Rolling Trays & Tins for Hemp and CBD Brands
Printed metal rolling trays and small tins for hemp, CBD and accessory brands.
Hemp and CBD brands, head-shop labels and cannabis-accessory companies use metal for two things: the rolling tray, which stays out on the table and is used every day, and the small tin that holds papers, filters, tips or a balm and goes into a pocket, a kit or a gift set. Both carry a brand in daily use, and both are what we make. We press trays and tins on moulds we already hold, offset-print them to your artwork and produce them to order in our own factory in İstanbul, as wholesale runs.
Tins ready for your range
Fully printable to your artwork · custom runs 5,000–25,000 pcs.
Rolling trays on pressings we already hold
Our rectangular trays are pressed with a rolled edge, which keeps the rim smooth and stiff and leaves no raw cut. The 285 × 175 mm pressing is close to the common small rolling-tray format; 270 × 200 mm and 265 × 205 mm give more room, and 250 × 160 mm is the compact size for a starter kit or a gift set. The whole face is the print area, edge to rolled edge, because we print the flat sheet before it is pressed: the image is in the metal and does not peel at the rim the way a sticker does. For a size we do not hold, new tooling is possible and its lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Tins, and what we will not claim
For papers, filters, tips and balms the small formats work: the 97 × 58 × 22 mm pocket tin, deep-drawn rounds at Ø65 × 20 mm, Ø68 × 17 mm and Ø74 × 15 mm, the flat 108 × 83 × 25 mm tin for a kit, and Ø99 × 60 mm for a larger round. This category is full of tins sold as smell-proof, airtight or child-resistant. Ours are none of these. A decorative tin with a fitted lid is not a hermetic pack and does not hold back odour, and it is not certified child-resistant packaging. Where the rules in your market require a child-resistant or a neutral pack for the product itself, that pack is not ours: our trays and tins are for the brand around it — accessories, kits, gift sets and merchandise.

Frequently asked questions
Are your tins smell-proof or airtight?
No. A decorative tin with a fitted lid is not a hermetic pack, and we do not sell it as one. If odour or freshness matters, the product goes into a sealed inner pack and the tin is the branded outer.
Are they child-resistant?
No. Our tins and trays are not certified child-resistant packaging. Where your market requires a child-resistant or neutral pack for the product itself, use a certified pack for that, and our tin or tray for the branded accessory around it.
What sizes of rolling tray do you make?
We press 285 × 175 mm, 270 × 200 mm, 265 × 205 mm and 250 × 160 mm rectangles, plus larger trays at 304 × 234 mm and 400 × 205 mm and a Ø325 mm round. Any of them can be printed with your artwork without new tooling.
What is the minimum order?
Custom-printed trays and tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design and per size, depending on the format. Plain, unprinted trays from moulds we already hold start from 1,000 pieces.
Can you match our brand colours and finish?
Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit an accessory or lifestyle brand.
