Custom Jewellery Tins
Small, jewel-finished tins and keepsake boxes for rings, charms and fine jewellery.
A jewellery tin is the first thing a customer touches — it should feel considered and keep the piece safe. Our seamless deep-drawn and lidded tins present a clean, premium surface, hold a ring, chain or bangle securely on a soft insert, and carry your branding in full colour. Tooled, printed and formed in-house in gift and retail formats. From a single gift tin to wholesale production, we make your custom jewellery tins to order: bespoke shapes, offset-printed tinplate, since 1979.

Frequently asked questions
Can you add a padded or foam insert?
Yes. We fit foam, board or fabric-look inserts so each piece is cradled, protected and presented like a finished gift.
Can you match our brand colours and finish?
Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit a premium jewellery brand.
What is the minimum order for a custom tin?
Custom-printed jewellery tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller ones higher. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a custom shape or size?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so a bespoke shape, embossed lid or special format for your jewellery box is all possible. New-tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
Does the lid close securely for travel?
Yes — a snug press-fit or hinged lid keeps the piece safe in a bag, and the rigid body resists crushing far better than card.
