Yes. We line the interior with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so it never touches bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the product and the applicable regulations.
Can you match our brand colours and finish?
Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit a premium mint brand.
What is the minimum order for a custom tin?
Custom-printed mint tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller ones higher. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Does the lid keep mints from spilling in a pocket?
Yes — a hinged or snug slip lid keeps the tin closed and the mints dry while carried every day.
Can you make a custom shape or size?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so a bespoke shape, embossed lid or special format for your pocket mint tin is all possible. New-tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
