Are the tins food-safe for direct contact?
Yes. We line the interior with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so it never touches bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the product and the applicable regulations.
Do the tins keep popcorn crisp?
A food-safe interior and a close-fitting lid keep dust and handling out, and rigid metal stops the crushing that ruins a bag. A decorative tin is not airtight, so crispness over a long shelf life comes from a sealed inner bag inside it.
Can you match our brand colours and finish?
Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit a premium snack brand.
What is the minimum order for a custom tin?
Custom-printed popcorn tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller ones higher. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a large multi-flavour tin with dividers?
Yes. We tool large formats and can add dividers so several flavours travel and present separately in one tin.
