Yes — we offset-print to your exact artwork in Pantone-matched colour, then add matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot-UV, embossing or metallic-ink effects to suit a premium stationery brand.
What is the minimum order for a custom tin?
Custom-printed stationery tins run 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — larger tins sit at the lower end, smaller ones higher. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Can you make a custom shape or size?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so a bespoke shape, embossed lid or special format for your pencil box is all possible. New-tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
Is the lid fitted or hinged?
Both are available — fitted slip lids and hinged lids — so the closure suits your product and price point.
