Custom Playing Cards and Tins
Printed cards and the tin they live in, from one supplier — fifteen tin formats on tooling we already own.
Order the deck and the tin together. The tin is designed, tooled, offset-printed and formed in our own factory in İstanbul, and we can supply the printed cards to go inside it — so one order gives you a finished, shelf-ready deck instead of two suppliers to reconcile. Fifteen tin formats are ready now on tooling we already own, in round, rectangular and square bodies holding roughly 60 to 130 cards, which means no tooling investment and no tooling wait. Because the tin and the card cutting size are specified together, the deck fits: the commonest failure in this category simply cannot happen. If you would rather use your own card printer, we give you the exact cutting size and dieline instead.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply the printed cards as well as the tin?
Yes. Tell us the deck — card count, finish, artwork — and we quote the cards and the tin as one job, delivered as a finished product you can put straight on a shelf. It is one purchase order, one contact and one company answering for the result. If you already have a card printer you are happy with, we are equally glad to supply the tin alone and hand you the cutting size for it.
Do our cards have to be a standard poker or tarot size?
No, and that is the point of this category. Cards are die-cut to order and the die is a small cost, while tin tooling is the slow, expensive part — so we size the card to the tin rather than the tin to the card. You get a format nobody else on the shelf has, and none of the usual risk of a deck that does not fit. Where you want the familiar tarot proportion, the 120 × 79 × 35 mm body gives a 114 × 73 mm card on tooling we already own.
What if we want to use our own card printer?
The full cutting specification for the format you choose: card size, a 3.5 mm corner radius, 2 mm of bleed and 4 mm of safe area held in from trim. Your own printer needs nothing else from us. Capacity is quoted at 0.32 mm per card and confirmed against the material you actually print, since card thickness varies between roughly 0.28 and 0.33 mm.
What is the minimum order?
Tins run 5,000 to 25,000 pieces per design and size. Card quantities are quoted with the deck, since card printing carries its own minimums and they are usually lower than the tin’s. Under 5,000? Tell us your volume and we will tell you plainly what is possible.
Which lid should we choose?
A fitted slip lid is the standard for a deck: clean to open, easy to close, and it keeps the cards square. Hinged lids work on the rectangular and square bodies and suit a deck that gets opened daily. Domed, inner-plug, screw (on round bodies) and a window lid of one piece of clear acrylic are all available, and we advise on the choice once your artwork is in front of us.
