Are the tins food-safe for direct sweet contact?
Yes. The interior is lined with a food-grade lacquer matched to your product, so sweets never touch bare metal. Food-contact suitability is confirmed per project against the applicable regulations.
Can you print bright, eye-catching designs?
Yes — we offset-print your full artwork with Pantone-matched colours and add gloss, matte, soft-touch, embossing or metallic-ink effects to make a candy brand pop on the shelf.
Can you make small pocket tins and novelty shapes?
Yes. We build our own tooling in-house, so small pocket mint tins, novelty shapes and custom formats are all possible; new tooling lead times are confirmed with your quote.
What is the minimum order?
Custom-printed runs are typically 5,000–25,000 pieces per design — small pocket tins sit at the higher end. Plain, unprinted tins on a mould we already hold can be supplied in smaller quantities; printed tins are always made to order, because we hold moulds rather than finished printed stock.
Will the tin keep sweets from being crushed?
Yes — rigid tinplate protects sweets, dragées and pastilles from crushing and helps keep moisture out, much better than a flexible pack.
